Using A Code Package

Follow these quick steps to start using any of the offered Code Packages

1. Download and unzip the Code Package file. The package filename has a .DbP extension

2. Unwrap the package in Double Text (File | Library Exchange | Unwrap). Save the library in an empty folder.

The library is ready to go. Repeat the code whenever you need a ready to compile copy. To check if a Code Package has an overview, click on the Float button in the Double Text main window.

Starting Double Text From Visual Studio

You can add Double Text to the Visual Studio Tools menu. On the Tools menu, click on External Tools to open the dialog box in which you manage your Tools menu contents.

1. Click the Add button
2. Change the Title to read Double Text
3. Click on the browse button to the right of the Command textbox and browse to the Double Text program (exe) file.
4. Click OK
